Role Description

As a member of the site Management, the Head of OpEx is a major change leader and transformation guide

• Adapting, coordinating and managing LEAN transformation booster projects , in order to achieve the highest possible efficiency of the organisation.
• Establishing a continuous improvement culture across the site.
• Coordinating and reporting on the efficiency and digital projects at site level from planning to implementation
• Partnering with and challenging senior leadership within the organization.
• Participating in the development of the site strategic performance plan and annual priorities, and implement it.

Candidate 

• Fluent in Hungarian and Excellent professional English
• Previous experience of project managing digital solutions implementation
• Lean expert with deep experience of Kaizen approach and Mini-Transformation methodologies (focused on simultaneous changes to processes, governance and people mindsets & capabilities)
• Able to relocate near the site to ensure full time presence.

The ideal candidate

• Expert background in applied LEAN principles and Change Management in large scale industrial production site in any of those industries : Chemical / Pharma / Food & Beverages / Automotive / Aeronautics.
• Over 10 years of experience in applying lean transformation approach with demonstrated successes and learning through the journey

Summary of Position:

The objective of this role is to deliver simplification and continuous improvement initiatives across functions and to foster a continuous improvement culture. The CI Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement sustainable solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Working proficiency in computer programs necessary to support data analysis, and reporting.

• Ability to work, both independently and mixed groups.
• Ability to support all shifts and departments on Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Languages: Hungarian, Intermediate English knowledge, both orally and writing.
