A programokra \u00fagy tekintenek, mint egy-egy probl\u00e9ma megold\u00e1s\u00e1ra, amelyet ha az eg\u00e9sz szervezetre alkalmaznak, megoldja a meghat\u00e1rozott probl\u00e9m\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e9ld\u00e1ul sz\u00e1mos c\u00e9g az\u00e9rt \u201eleanezik\u201d, hogy el\u00e9rje k\u00f6lts\u00e9gcs\u00f6kkent\u00e9si c\u00e9lj\u00e1t. Tapasztalatb\u00f3l tudjuk, hogy a leant alapvet\u0151en a c\u00e9ges kult\u00fara v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sa tudja el\u0151remozd\u00edtani, nem pedig a lean eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k m\u00f3dszeres \u201ealkalmaz\u00e1sa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A lean alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1nak program-m\u00f3dszer\u00e9t mi \u201eleanez\u00e9snek\u201d nevezz\u00fck. A leanez\u00e9s frusztr\u00e1l\u00f3 lehet, mert nem tudunk fenntarthat\u00f3 v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sokat l\u00e9trehozni. Ennek el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9hez a vezet\u0151knek az emberek, valamint a rendszer fejleszt\u00e9sre kell \u00f6sszpontos\u00edtaniuk a sikeres probl\u00e9mamegold\u00e1s \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben. Ez az elk\u00e9pzel\u00e9s \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban nem \u00e9p\u00fclt be szervezeti kult\u00far\u00e1inkba, ez\u00e9rt meghat\u00e1rozott napi gyakorlatot ig\u00e9nyel minden alkalmazott r\u00e9sz\u00e9r\u0151l, a fels\u0151vezet\u0151kt\u0151l a sori dolgoz\u00f3kig. Ez megk\u00edv\u00e1nja, hogy az eg\u00e9sz szervezet minden szintje \u00e9s minden funkci\u00f3ja meg\u00e9rtse, mi a saj\u00e1t szerepe az \u00e9rt\u00e9kfolyamat probl\u00e9m\u00e1inak megold\u00e1s\u00e1ban, amivel hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul a c\u00e9g sikereihez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A probl\u00e9mamegold\u00e1s elsaj\u00e1t\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak folyamat\u00e1hoz kis csoportokat kell alkotnunk, meg kell hat\u00e1roznunk az \u00e1ltaluk megoldand\u00f3 probl\u00e9m\u00e1kat, adnunk kell nekik n\u00e9mi \u00fatmutat\u00e1st a probl\u00e9ma megold\u00e1s m\u00f3dszer\u00e9re vonatkoz\u00f3an, majd k\u00f6vetn\u00fcnk kell tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00fcket a folyamatos tanul\u00e1s fegyelmezett&nbsp;<strong>PDCA ciklusaival<\/strong>.
